About the 1855 Club
The Eta Iota 1855 Club is a continuous-giving program dedicated to the long-term upkeep and improvement of the Chapter House.
Contributions go directly to the Capital Improvement Fund established in the House Corporation bylaws, providing a stable, growing source of capital for infrastructure upgrades and future needs. More than 270 Brothers have contributed over $500,000 to date — and the fund continues to grow.
Ways to Contribute
- Bank auto-draft (recommended): Authorize a monthly transfer on the 20th from your checking account — lowest fees to the chapter, easiest to maintain. Fill out this short form to get started.
- Your bank's bill-pay: Many banks let you schedule recurring payments directly to House Corp. See the FAQ for the mailing address.
- Annual check: A single check for the full annual amount is just as meaningful. Mail to the address on the FAQ page.
- PayPal or credit card: Use the contribution forms below for one-time or monthly payments. Credit card processing fees of ~3% apply; paying from a bank account or PayPal balance incurs no fee to the chapter.

Honor Wall — Brick Brothers
Since 2010, over 100 Brothers and pledge classes made a $1,000 donation to place a symbolic Brick on the Eta Iota Honor Wall, memorializing their commitment to the Eta Iota Chapter and The House. This fundraiser is no longer active and new bricks are not being sold — but we're proud to recognize everyone who contributed.
