1855 Club — Flight Path to 40th
Eta Iota Mortgage Burning Party, Spring '08
Dear Brothers,
The mortgage burning signals the start of the flight path to the 40th Birthday. Our goal is to add 50 brothers per year to the 1855 Club up through the 40th Birthday — that will give us $100,000 in the bank and cash flow of $50,000 per year.
The money will go into a capital fund earmarked for renovations, rebuilding, or a new house on Greek Row (that's right, ERAU is talking about it). Whatever the proceeds are used for, we need to start now — our friends at Delta Chi have a head start.
