Eta Iota Website Redesign

You may have noticed a new look for etaiota.org. It’s not just a pretty color change, but a change in the way the pages are put together to make them more mobile-friendly using the Bootstrap framework. While it may look a little different, the content is the same as before, and should work even better on more devices.

The News section, which runs on the WordPress platform, has also gone under a change to the WordPress theme to be more mobile-friendly also. Its appearance is slightly different from the other pages due to this difference.

If you find a page that hasn’t changed or one with a display issue, drop your webmaster, Bill Palmer a note Bill@etaiota.org.

Eta Iota House Corporation 2018-2019 Report to alumni

Eta Iota House Corporation 2018-2019 Report to alumni Prepared by Tom McSwiggan 4/25/19

Brothers,

The 2018-2019 year was another very busy and productive year for the Eta Iota House Corporation. We continued to make steady progress on our phased renovation completing many projects focusing our efforts on the mechanics of the house, temporarily putting aesthetics aside. To date we have completed approximately 55% of the renovation (60% after windows – summer 2019),paid off the new property and have acquired no debt. What’s more, our emergency repairs once budgeted in the thousands of dollars per semester are almost zero. This year we addressed a few long running issues such as updating fuse boxes and replacing the exterior sewer lines. I’m sure some of you remember circuit breakers popping continuously and sewer backups – Those days have ended……click link below to continue.
